INGREDIENTS
500g skinned yam
1 can Hosen brand Tropical Fruit Cocktail
(nett weight 500g), retain the syrup
150g Hosen brand Honey Sea Coconut
150g brown sugar
HOW TO
1. After slicing and cleaning the yam, steam
for 20 minutes
2. Crush the yam with a blender and mix well
with brown sugar. Transfer yam to a greased bowl
and steam for 5 minutes
3. If you want to serve it hot, place mixed fruits
onto yam paste. Then cover the bowl with a plate,
turn the bowl upside-down to remove yam paste.
Place sea coconut atop and pour over syrup
4. Alternatively, you can store yam paste in
a fridge and repeat Method 3 when serving
