IINGREDIENTS
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp red onion, diced
1 can Fortune Sea Asparagus
1/2 can Hosen Abalone Mushroom
1/ can Hosen Straw Mushrooms
1/ can Hosen Whole Mushroom
1 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp chilli bean sauce
50gm mixed capsicum, sliced
50gm red spinach
Pinch salt, sugar and pepper
6 green asparagus, pre-blanched as garnish
HOW TO
1. Heat up wok with oil, then fry garlic and
onion till fragrant.
2. Add in Fortune Sea Asparagus, Hosen Abalone
Mushroom, Hosen Straw Mushrooms, Hosen Whole
Mushroom, chicken stock and ctiilli bean sauce
to braise for 1 minute.
3. Finally add in the rest of the ingredients
and season with salt and pepper.
