INGREDIENTS
2 Thai coconuts
40g Hosen Brand Honey Sea Coconut, half chop
40g Hosen Brand Palm Fruit, half chop
lOOg gelatine powder
300g water
40g sugar
40g carnation milk
40g coconut juice
HOW TO
1. Halve both coconuts, set aside or use round
mould to replace.
2. Boil water, add in gelatine powder and sugar.
Cook till sugar dissolves and set aside.
3. Add in coconut juice and carnation milk mix
well. Then add in chopped honey sea coconut and
palm fruit mix well. Pour mixture into coconut
shell or mould to cool.
4. When serve, add in honey sea coconut and palm
fruit.
SERVES: 2-4
