Peach Clafoutis with Cocktail Fruit

INGREDIENTS
4 large eggs
3/4 cup fine sugar
1 cup milk
1 tbsp rum
2 tsp vanilla essence
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tin HOSEN Peaches, cut into small bite-sized pieces minutes.

GARNISH
80g HOSEN Cocktail Fruit

HOW TO
1. Combine eggs and fine sugar together and beat until it turns frothy. Then, add in the milk, rum, vanilla essence, salt and all purpose flour. Beat the mix until smooth.

2. Place HOSEN Peaches onto a baking pan and pour the mixture over it.

3. Preheat oven to 180°C. Bake for 10 minutes. Then reduce temperature to 155°C and further bake for another 30 minutes.

4. Chill peach clafoutis in the fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.
