Longan and Avocado Sago

INGREDIENTS
1 can Hosen Brand Longan, keep the syrup
3 ripened avocadoes
60g sago
50g carnation milk

HOW TO
1. Cook sago in water till expands and transparent. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain and set aside.

2. Remove flesh of avocadoes. Place the flesh in a blender with carnation milk and longan syrup, blend for about 30 sec till well-mixed.

3. Pour mixture into a bowl. Then add in sago and longan and ready to serve.

SERVES: 2
