Chilled Tropical Fruit Purée with Rambutan Stuffed Pineapple

With the hot and humid weather that we're currently facing, the best dessert is one that's cold and refreshing. This recipe is guaranteed to slake your thirst and perk you up.

INGREDIENTS
1 can Hosen Pineapple, drained
1 can Hosen Mango, drained
40m1 lemon or lime juice
1 can Hosen Rambutan Stuffed with
Pineapple, drained
8 strawberries, quartered

HOW TO
1. Place the drained Hosen Pineapple, Hosen Mango, and lemon juice in a blender and process until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

2. Spoon the blended purée into a bowl and garnish with Hosen Rambutan Stuffed with Pineapple and strawberries.

SERVES: 4

TIMES: 10 minutes (excluding chilling time)

CHEF'S TIP
For an even more refreshing dessert, freeze the drained Hosen Pineapple and Mango for 20 minutes before blending.
